This page describes the personal information collected by the contact form on this site.

What is collected

If you use the form, it collects your name, email address, an optional reason (general, speaking, media, or other), and your message. Cloudflare Turnstile also processes technical signals needed to tell a person from an automated submission, which can include your IP address and browser information. The site does not ask you to create an account, and it does not use a message database.

Why it is collected

The information is used to read and reply to your enquiry. It is not added to a mailing list, used for advertising, or sold.

Who processes it

Cloudflare processes the submission through Pages hosting, Turnstile, and Email Service. The provider of the receiving mailbox also stores the message so it can be read and answered. Those providers may process information outside Australia, including in the United States.

How long it is kept

This site does not keep its own copy of form submissions. The receiving mailbox and the providers keep information according to their own settings and logs. A request to delete a message can be made, and it will be actioned for the mailbox the site owner controls. Provider logs follow each provider's own retention.

To ask for access, correction, or deletion, use the contact form. Please avoid sending sensitive information, such as identity documents or health details, in a message.
